The "Bookings" section allows to to book for classes, courses, workshops and special programme. The "Yoga Shop" sections offers and interesting array of products, ranging from books on Yoga, health and spirituality to yoga mats, eye pillows and incense. The Centre is part of the International Sivananda Yoga Centres and was founded in 1957 by Swami Vishnudevananda, renowned authority on Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga .
